All the house we looked at were not a good fit for us. Some had been on the market for over 300 days and after seeing these house we know why.

•July 2, 2010 • Leave a CommentWe met Anthony at 7am, to go on the drive by. He showed houses in SB, Colton and Rialto. We saw houses in good to bad condition and he gave us a good idea of what rehabs cost should be. After the drive by he felt comfortable with our ability to have us meet his Broker. After talking to Scott, he felt that he will give us a drip feed on properties in the $125,000 range.

They had an inspection done.

First some shingles came off and needed to be replaced, second there was wiring in the attic that needed capping and third they wanted a fan for over the stove. Carl came out and fixed all three things.
